ORDINANCE NO. 30
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 29, C.S., APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND (P48,000.00) PESOS OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE FUNDS IN THE MUNICIPAL TREASURY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REPARATION GOODS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sum of Forty Eight Thousand (P48,000.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the Municipal Treasury to be made available for the acquisition of reparation goods.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
