ORDINANCE NO. 29
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND (P40,000.00) PESOS OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE FUNDS IN THE MUNICIPAL TREASURY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REPARATION OF GOODS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sum of Forty Thousand (P40,000.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the Municipal Treasury to be made available for the acquisition of reparations goods.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
