ORDINANCE NO. 28
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED (P200.00) PESOS OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE FUNDS IN THE MUNICIPAL TREASURY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE BARRIO SCHOOL OF GUBAC"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the Municipal Treasury to be made available for the purchase of materials needed for the completion of the Barrio School of Gubac.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
