ORDINANCE NO. 27
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED (P300.00) PESOS OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE FUNDS IN THE MUNICIPAL TREASURY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE BARRIO SCHOOL AT BANALE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Hundred (P300.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the Municipal Treasury to be made available to cover the acquisition of materials needed for the walling of the Barrio School of Banale, this Municipality.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
