ORDINANCE NO. 25


"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ONE HUNDRED (100) METERS DISTANCE FROM ANY SCHOOL BUILDING OF ANY STREET IN PAGADIAN AS SCHOOL ZONE AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"


	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:


      SECTION 1. One hundred (100) meters of any street from any school building in Pagadian is hereby declared school zone.

      SECTION 2.	 Any driver violating the traffic rules and regulations relative to school zone shall suffer an imprisonment not exceeding Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.


      SECTION 3.	 Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent to this Ordinance is hereby deemed amended, repealed or abrogated.


      SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
