ORDINANCE NO. 15
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM OCCUPYING AND/OR INTRODUCING ANY SORT OF ANY IMPROVEMENT WITHIN ANY PORTION OF THE COMMUNAL FOREST AREA OF WHITE BEACH AND MURICAY, EXCLUDING KAWIT, THIS MUNICIPALITY, AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It is strictly prohibited for any person(s) to occupy and/or introduce any sort of new improvement within, any portion of the communal forest area of White Beach and Muricay, excluding Kawit, this Municipality.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance or resolution inconsistent to the provision of this Ordinance is hereby modified, amended or repealed.
SECTION 3. Any person convicted by the Court for violation of Section 1 hereof, shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month, nor more than six (6) months or shall pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos but not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect on April 18, 1968.
