ORDINANCE NO. 10
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE FLYING OF KITE WITHIN THE POBLACION AND SUBURBAN AREAS OF PAGADIAN WHERE THERE ARE EXISTING ELECTRIC WIRES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It is strictly prohibited for any person to fly kite within the poblacion and suburban areas of Pagadian where there are existing electric wires.
SECTION 2. Any person convicted by the Court for violation of Section 1 hereof shall pay a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos. In case of insolvency, a subsidiary imprisonment may be imposed at one (P1.00) Peso a day. In case of minors who are by law exempted from criminal liabilities, the punishment shall be confiscation of kite and serve reprimand.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
