ORDINANCE NO. 43


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF GOVERNMENT MOTOR VEHICLES AFTER OFFICE HOURS ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT AT THEIR RESPECTIVE GOVERNMENT GARAGE AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"


	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. All government motor vehicle shall be parked, after office hours, at their respective government garages.

	SECTION 2.	 No government motor vehicle shall be parked, after office hours, anywhere else except at their respective government garage.

	SECTION 3.	 Any driver and Chief of Office concerned, whose government motor vehicle is found parked at some place in violation of this Ordinance, upon conviction by the Court, shall pay a fine of not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not more than two (2) months, in the discretion of the Court.

	SECTION 4.	Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.


      SECTION 5.	This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
