ORDINANCE NO. 42
"AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING RESIDENTS AND BUILDING OWNERS WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL BLOCK BOUNDED BY F. JAMISOLA STREET, BALTAZAR STREET, NATIONAL HIGHWAY AND MABINI STREET, TO CONSTRUCT THEIR OWN DRAINAGE AND SEPTIC TANK AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All residents and building owners within the commercial block bounded by F. Jamisola Street, Baltazar Street, National Highway and Mabini Street, are required to construct their respective individual drainage and septic tank not later than December 31, 1967.
SECTION 2. Any residents and/or owner of a building within the commercial block bounded by F. Jamisola Street, Baltazar Street, National Highway and Mabini Street, convicted by the Court for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance of part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
