"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE MUNICIPAL ANNUAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE AND NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX (1965-1966) IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT AND 93/100 (P47,458.93) PESOS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATIONS AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY (P47,420.00) PESOS TO COVER NECESSARY EXPENDITURES AND OUTLAYS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby provided as estimated income for fiscal year 1965-1966 the amount of Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred (P46,500.00) Pesos and an unappropriated balance as of July 1, 1965 in the amount of Nine Hundred Fifty Eight and 93/100 (P958.93) Pesos.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated the amount of Twenty Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty (P24,420.00) Pesos to cover necessary expenditures and outlays.
SECTION 3. There is hereby provided the Plantilla of Personnel of the Road and Bridge Fund Budget with corresponding appropriations for the fiscal year 1965-1966.
