ORDINANCE NO. 4
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING A FEE OF FIVE (P5.00) PESOS AS CERTIFICATION FEE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. A certification fee of Five (P5.00) Pesos for every certification shall be paid first in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, before issuance of the following certifications:
a. Certification that a lot or land will not be needed by the government for any future public improvement;
b. Certification on the good moral character of a person applying for the possession of a licensed firearm;
c. Certification in connection with the issuance of a gratuitous license to cut, collect, and remove timber from public or communal forest;
d. Medical certification in connection with the filing of cases in Court, such as physical injuries.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
