ORDINANCE NO. 17


"AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING PENALTY ON ALL MEAT VENDORS FOUND SUBSTITUTING AND/OR ADULTERATING THEIR MEAT SOLD IN THE MARKET"


	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any meat vendor to make substitution and/or adulteration of meat they are selling at the public market to the public.

      SECTION 2.	Any meat vendor found guilty by the Court for violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos but not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days but not more than six (6) months.


      SECTION 3.	This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
