ORDINANCE NO. 5
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MINORS BELOW THE AGE OF TWENTY (20) YEARS OLD FROM ENTERING ANY COCKPIT OR OTHER GAMBLING PLACES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and prohibited for any minor below the age of 20 years old to enter any cockpit or other gambling places.
SECTION 2. Any minor below 20 years old convicted for violation of Section 1, of this Ordinance, shall pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not less than Two (2) months nor more than Six (6) months with subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency to pay the fine imposed by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with any of the provision of this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
