ORDINANCE NO. 4


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MOTOR CAB DRIVERS FROM OVERTAKING OTHER MOTOR CABS AND MOTOR VEHICLES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"

	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and prohibited for motor cab drivers to overtake other motor cab or other vehicle while the other motor cab or motor vehicle is running or in motion.

      SECTION 2.	Any motor cab driver convicted for violation of Section 1, of this Ordinance, shall pay a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Six (6) months.


      SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with any of the provision of this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.


      SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
