ORDINANCE NO. 3


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DRIVERS OF MOTOR CAB VEHICLES TO BLOW MOTOR VEHICLE HORNS AT CHURCH ZONES, SCHOOL ZONES, AND IN FRONT OF PUBLIC OFFICES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"

	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and prohibited for any motor vehicle driver to blow motor vehicle horn at church zones, school zones, and in front of public offices during religious services, classes, and office hours, respectively.

      SECTION 2.	Any motor vehicle driver convicted for violation of Section 1, of this Ordinance, shall pay a fine of Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or by an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Two (2) months, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.


      SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with any of the provision of this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.


      SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
