ORDINANCE NO. 2
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION FOUR (4) OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED FOURTEEN (14) SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE (1963) AND PROVIDING THEREIN A MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT FOR MOTOR CAB AT FIVE (5) MILES PER HOUR AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 14, series of 1963, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Motor cab driver is strictly prohibited to run motor cab more than five (5) miles per hour.
SECTION 2. Any person convicted for violation of Section 1, hereof, shall be punished by a fine of Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos or by an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than One (1) month in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
