ORDINANCE NO. 9
"AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING PARKING AREA FOR CALESAS OR TARTANILLAS AND IMPOSING PENALTIES THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. All calesas or tartanillas should be parked at one side only of Jamisola Street between Mabini Street and Baltazar Street. In no case should tartanilla be parked anywhere else except at F. Jamisola Street designated hereof. Any rig driver or cochero is strictly prohibited to park his tartanilla anywhere else except at F. Jamisola Street as designated hereof.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby repealed or amended.
SECTION 3 Any rig driver or cochero convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than One (1) month or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 4 This Ordinance shall effect immediately upon approval.
