ORDINANCE NO. 7
"AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING AND DESIGNATING PARKING AREAS FOR AND ROUTE OF OUTGOING AND IN COMING JEEPS AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. Bogo and Dumalinao bound Jeeps. - All jeeps bound for Bogo or Dumalinao should part at Araullo Street between Santa Lucia Street and F. Jamisola Street and in going out, should pass through F. Jamisola Street, then through Mabini Street, then through the National Highway to destination; and in coming, should pass through Araullo Street.
SECTION 2. Labangan bound Jeeps. - All jeeps bound for Labangan should park at F. Jamisola Street between Bonifacio Street and Mabini Street, then through the National Highway to destination. In coming in from Labangan, all jeeps should pass through Sikatuna Street then through F. Jamisola Street and to parking area.
SECTION 3. Any jeep driver convicted for violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Two (2) months or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance or a part thereof is hereby repealed or amended.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall effect immediately upon approval.
