ORDINANCE NO. 11
"AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE CRIME OF VAGRANCY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. Any person convicted of the crime of vagrancy by the Court shall pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos nor more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than Six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall effect immediately upon approval.
