ORDINANCE NO. 5


"AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING ZONIFICATION OF VEGETABLES AND DRIED FISH IN THE OLD PUBLIC MARKET AND MEAT AND FRESH FISH AT SANTA LUCIA STREET BETWEEN MABINI STREET AND BALTAZAR STREETS"

	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. All vegetables and/or dried fish shall be sold in the old public market no vegetable and/or dried fish vendor shall sell vegetable and/or dried fish anywhere else except in the old public market.

	SECTION 2.	All meat and/or fresh fish shall be sold at Santa Lucia Street between Mabini and Baltazar Streets. No meat and/or fresh fish vendor shall sell meat and/or fresh fish anywhere else except at Santa Lucia Street between Mabini and Baltazar Streets.


      SECTION 3.	Any vegetable, dried fish meat, or fresh fish vendor convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Twenty-Five (P25.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Twenty-Five (25) days or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.


      SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance is hereby repealed.


      SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect on May 1, 1962.
