ORDINANCE NO. 26
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OR SERVICE OF INTOXICATING DRINKS TO MINORS BELOW NINTEEN (19) YEARS OF AGE AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and strictly prohibited for any proprietor, operator, manager or server of any bar, restaurant, night club, or any establishment serving intoxicating drinks to any minor below nineteen (19) years of age.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful and strictly prohibited for any minor below nineteen (19) years of age to drink intoxicating drinks in any establishment selling or serving intoxicating drinks.
SECTION 3. Any proprietor, operator, manager, server of establishment selling or serving intoxicating drinks and/or minor below nineteen (19) years of age convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately on December 28, 1962.
