ORDINANCE NO. 24
"AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND RESERVING THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF SIKATUNA STREET AND THE UNSURVEYED OR UNSUBDIVIDED AREA SURROUNDING THE SAME AS MUNICIPAL WHARF SITE AND PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM INTRODUCING ANY IMPROVEMENT THEREAT AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The southern end or portion of Sikatuna Street and the unsurveyed and unsubdivided area surrounding the same end is hereby designated and reserved as Municipal Wharf site.
SECTION 2. No person, natural or juridical, shall construct any structure or building or shall introduce any improvement on the area designated and reserved as Municipal Wharf site in Section 1, hereof.
SECTION 3. Any person, natural or juridical, found violating the provision of Section 2 of this Ordinance, shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SSECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
