ORDINANCE NO. 13
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DRIVERS TO PARK MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN TEN (10) METERS FROM THE CORNER OF ANY STREET"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No drivers shall park his motor vehicle within ten (10) meters from the corner of any street.
SECTION 2. Any driver convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than twenty (20) days nor more than thirty (30) days.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance or part thereof is hereby repealed or modified.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
