ORDINANCE NO. 12


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DRIVERS TO MAKE DOUBLE  PARKING TO PARK THEIR VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET"

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. No driver of motor vehicles shall park on the opposite side of the street where on one side of the same street at motor vehicle is already at park.

	SECTION 2. "Double Parking" means parking a motor vehicle on one side of the street where on the opposite side of the same street is already parked another motor vehicle.

	SECTION 3. Any driver convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than twenty (20) days nor more than thirty (30) days.

	SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance or part thereof is hereby repealed or modified.

	SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
