ORDINANCE NO. 11


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PORTERS, LABORERS AND/OR CARGO HANDLERS TO HANDLE OR HAUL CARGOES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WITHOUT FIRST AGREEING WITH THE OWNER ON THE PAYMENT FOR HANDLING THE CARGOES OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS AT BALTAZAR AND BLUMENTRIT STREETS AND AT PAGADIAN WHARF"

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. No porter, laborer and/or cargo handlers at the unloading and loading areas at Baltazar and Blumentrit Streets and at the Pagadian Wharf shall handle or haul any cargo or personal belonging without first agreeing with the owner for the payment of handling of the same.

	SECTION 2. 	Any porter, laborer or cargo handler convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall a fine of  not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days nor more than one (1) month.

	SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance or part thereof is hereby repealed or modified.

	SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
