ORDINANCE NO. 10
"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PROPER NUMBERING OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS LOCATED WITHIN THE POBLACION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All owners of houses and buildings located within the Poblacion of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur, are required to secure from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer the necessary numbered house plates for their respective house or buildings upon payment thereof P1.50 per plate.
SECTION 2. Any person, natural or juridical, who fails to secure from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer the necessary numbered house plates after ninety (90) days from the date of effectivity hereof shall be punished upon conviction by the Court with a fine of Five (P5.00) Pesos or an imprisonment of Five (5) Days, or both such fine and imprisonment upon the discretion of the court.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
