ORDINANCE NO. 8
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING GASOLINE AND/OR DIESOLINE OPERATORS FROM USING GASOLINE OR DIESOLINE PUMP WITH DEFECTIVE GAUGES AND/OR METERS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Gasoline and/or diesoline station operators are prohibited from using gasoline and/or diesoline pumps with defective gauges or meters.
SECTION 2. Any gasoline and/or diesoline station operator or manager convicted for violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or by an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Two (2) months or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
