ORDINANCE NO. 7
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TONE VOLUME OF JUKE BOX MUSIC AND THE PLAYING TIME AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and prohibited for operator of jukebox to switch the tone volume or full blast. The maximum tone volume permitted shall be that of the medium of midway from the fullest tone volume to the softest tone volume. The loudness of the medium tone shall be so much as to permit ordinary conversation to be carried on without annoyance five meters away from the playing jukebox.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful and prohibited to play the jukebox from 11:00 o'clock dawn. The playing time of jukeboxes shall be from after 5:00 o'clock dawn to before 11:00 o'clock in the evening.
SECTION 3. Any operator or owner of a jukebox convicted for violation of this ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than Sixty (P60.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) Days nor more than Thirty (30) days or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
