ORDINANCE NO. 15
"AN ORDINANCE CLOSING BONIFACIO AND BLUMENTRIT STREETS FROM PASSENGER AND CARGO TRUCKS AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No passenger and cargo trucks shall pass Bonifacio Street from Jamisola Street to San Pedro Road.
SECTION 2. Any driver of passenger or cargo truck found violating this Ordinance, upon conviction by the Court, shall pay a fine of not less than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) week nor more than One (1) month or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
