ORDINANCE NO. 14
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES OR THEIR AUTHORIZED PERSONS TO ENTER INTO BURNED PROPERTY OR PREMISES"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No person other than the owners or their authorized person shall enter into the burned property or premises.
SECTION 2. Any person entering into the burned premises or properties in violation of this ordinance, upon conviction by the Court, shall pay a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Two (2) months or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately on November 11, 1961.
