ORDINANCE NO. 13
"AN ORDINANCE CONTROLLING THE PRICES OF PRIME OR ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No businessman, merchant or vendor shall sell any of the prime or essential commodities above the normal price prior to the conflagration.
SECTION 2. Any businessman, merchant or vendor convicted for violation of any provision of this ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos nor more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than One (1) month nor more than Two (2) months or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately on November 11, 1961.
