ORDINANCE NO. 32


"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION THREE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED FOUR, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER FOURTEEN"

	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. Section three of Ordinance numbered four as amended by ordinance numbered fourteen reads:

      	"Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos but not more than Sixty (60) Pesos, or by an imprisonment of  not less than ten days but not more than one month, or both, a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Court" shall be read as follows:

      SECTION 2.	PENALTY - Any person or persons found violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, or by an imprisonment of not less than ten days for the first offense; by a fine of not less than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos or an imprisonment of not less than fifteen days for the second offense; by a fine of not less than eighty (P80.00) Pesos or by an imprisonment of not less than thirty days for the third and succeeding offense.
