ORDINANCE NO. 31
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ALL SARI-SARI STORES WITHIN THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AS PUBLIC NUISANCE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All sari-sari stores within the road right-of-way are declared public nuisance.
SECTION 2. All sari-sari stores within the road right-of-way must be removed or demolished at the expense of their respective owners.
SECTION 2. Any person or persons convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos and by an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than One (1) month.
