ORDINANCE NO. 25
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AS NUISANCE DILAPIDATING HOUSES ALONG THE STREETS OF PAGADIAN"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All dilapidating houses along the streets of Pagadian are hereby declared nuisance and therefore subject to demolition.
SECTION 2. No person or persons shall hinder, in any manner, persons duly authorized to demolish dilapidating houses.
SECTION 3. Any person convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not more than Sixty (P60.00) Pesos nor less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos and an imprisonment of not more than Thirty (30) days nor less than Ten (10) days.
