ORDINANCE NO. 24
"AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL EXPORTERS OF CORN, CORN GRITS, PALAY, AND PALAY RICE TO SUBMIT MONTHLY WRITTEN REPORTS OF THE NUMBER OF CABANS OR KILOS EXPORTED"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All exporters outside of, or within Pagadian, of corn, corn grits, palay, and palay rice through the Pagadian Port must submit a monthly written report stating therein the quantity or number of cabans or kilos exported to the Municipal Treasurer of Pagadian.
SECTION 2. Any person, natural or juridical, convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos nor less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not more than Sixty (60) days nor less than Twenty (20) days.
