ORDINANCE NO. 23
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFICK ON SANTA LUCIA AND BALTAZAR STREET, AND ARAULLO STREET"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All motor vehicles must follow one-way route in this manner:
a. Entrance Santa Lucia Street from Mabini Street, exit thru Baltazar Street;
b. Entrance Santa Lucia Street from Araullo Street, exit thru Baltazar Street;
SECTION 2. Any driver or motor vehicles convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos and suffer an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Thirty (30) days.
