ORDINANCE NO. 2
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE EXPORTATION OF CARABAOS AND OTHER RELATED LARGE CATTLE AND IMPOSING A REGULATION FEE THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No carabao and other large cattle shall be exported from this municipality to other municipalities within the province of Zamboanga del Sur, without first securing a permit from the Municipal Mayor and without paying a regulation fee of Ten (P10.00) Pesos per head in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
SECTION 2. No permit shall be granted to export carabaos and other large cattle from this municipality to other places outside of the province of Zamboanga del Sur.
SECTION 3. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or serve as imprisonment of not more than one (1) month or be punished by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and is hereby ordained.
