ORDINANCE NO. 17
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE CATCHING OF BANGUS FRY WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No person is allowed to catch bangus fry without first securing a permit from the Municipal Mayor and paying the license fee of Fifty (P50.00) Pesos per bangus catcher.
SECTION 2. Any person found violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not more than Thirty (30) days, or both, fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
