ORDINANCE NO. 14
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING COMBO MUSIC AFTER TEN O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Combo music is prohibited after ten o'clock in the evening.
SECTION 2. Any person or persons convicted for violation of any of the provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than Fifteen (P15.00) Pesos or an imprisonment of not more than Seven (7) days or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
