ORDINANCE NO. 13
"AN ORDINANCE MAKING UNLAWFUL UNJUST VEXATION BY STONING PERSONS OR SHOUTING AT OTHER PERSONS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to throw stones to other person or persons.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to shout and/or make malicious or embarrassing signs at other person or persons.
SECTION 3. Any person or persons convicted for violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or an imprisonment of not more than Thirty (30) days or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
