ORDINANCE NO. 11
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING CARETO OPERATORS FROM EMPLOYING OR TOLERATING PERSONS BELOW SIXTEEN YEARS OLD TO DRIVE THAT "CARETO" OR PUSH CART AND PROHIBITING CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH THE "CARETO" OR PUSH CART"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Careto or push cart owners and/or operators shall employ or tolerate persons below sixteen to drive the careto.
SECTION 2. Careto or push cart owners and./or operators shall prohibit children to play with the careto.
SECTION 3. Any person convicted for violation of any of the provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos and imprisonment of not more than Fourteen (14) Days or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 9. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
