ORDINANCE NO. 2
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRIG ALL ADDITIONAL DISPATCHERS EMPLOYED BY TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES TO REGISTER THEIR NAMES IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNCIPAL MAYOR AND THE CHIEF OF POLICE, AND TO PAY THE CORRESPONDING REGISTRATION FEE PRESCRIBED HEREIN, IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That all additional Dispatchers employed by transportation companies be and are hereby required to register their names in the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Chief of Police, and to pay the corresponding registration fee of Ten Pesos (P10.00);
Section 2. Any person or group of persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos, but not more than Sixty (P60.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than One (1) month, but not more than Two (2) months, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court;
Section 3. That any ordinance whose provisions in part or in full contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed;
Section 4. That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 1, series of 1958 of this municipality, shall take effect upon its approval.
