ORDINANCE NO. 6
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE BLOWING OF AIR-HORN USED IN MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN POBLACION LIMIT OF PAGADIAN, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That the blowing of air-horn used in motor vehicle within the Poblacion limit of Pagadian shall be hereby prohibited.
Section 2. Any person or persons found violating the provision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Five Pesos (P5.00) but not more than Thirty Pesos (P30.00) or by imprisonment of not less than five (5) days but nor more than Fifteen (15) days, or both, fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. That any ordinance whose provisions in part or in full contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 6 shall take effect upon its approval.
