ORDINANCE NO. 5
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSON OR PERSONS TO URINATE IN THE PUBLIC PLACES IN THIS MUNICIPALITY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for person or persons to urinate in the public places of this municipality.
Section 2. Any person or persons found urinating in public places in this municipality shall, by virtue of this ordinance, be punished by a fine of not less than Five Pesos (P5.00) but not more than Twenty Pesos (P20.00), or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days but not more than Ten (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance, whose provisions in part or in full, contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 5 of this Municipality, shall take effect upon its approval.
