ORDINANCE NO. 4

















AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ASKING OF ALMS, SOLICITATION OF CONTRIBUTION OR THE LIKE IN THIS MUNICIPALITY TO ONLY ONE DAY A WEEK EVERY FRIDAY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT

      Section 1. It shall be unlawful for person or persons to ask alms and solicit contribution or the like in this municipality except on Friday only of the week.











	Section 2. Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Fie (P5.00) Pesos but not more Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Two (2) Days, but not more than Ten (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.


	Section 3. Any ordinance, whose provisions in part or in full, contrary to, ad in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, shall be hereby repealed.


	Section 4.  That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 4, shall take effect upon its approval.
