ORDINANCE NO. 16

















AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS TO SERENADE INSIDE THE PUBLIC MARKET OF THIS MUNICIPALITY AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT

      Section 1. It shall be unlawful for person or group of persons to serenade inside the public market;











	Section 2. Any person or group of persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Five Pesos (P5.00) but not more than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos or by imprisonment of not less than Five days (5) but not more than Twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion the court.


	Section 3. Any ordinance whose provisions in part or in full, contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.


	Section 4. That this ordinance to be known as Ordinance No. 16, shall take effect upon its approval.
