ORDINANCE NO. 11
AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING ADDITIONAL RENTAL OF FEE OF THREE (p3.00) PESO PER MONTH OF THE BACK ALLEY IN THE PAGADIAN PUBLIC MARKET USED BY THE OWNERS OF TIENDA OR STORE FACING THE MABINI STREET AND THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That for the back alley in the Pagadian Public Market used by the owners of tienda or store facing the Mabini Street and the National Highway, there shall be imposed in the additional rental fee of Three Pesos (P3.00) per month;
Section 2. That any owner of tienda or store in the Pagadian Public Market facing the Mabini Street and the National Highway found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Pesos (P10.00) but not more than Thirty Pesos (P30.00), or by imprisonment of not less than five days (5), but not more than (15) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court;
Section 3. That any ordinance whose provisions in part or in full, contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of ordinance shall be hereby repealed;
Section 4. That this ordinance to be known as Ordinance No. 11, of this Municipality, shall take effect upon its approval.
