ORDINANCE NO. 10

















AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TIENDA OR STORE OWNER IN THE PAGADIAN PUBLIC MARKET FACING THE MABINI STREET AND THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TO CONSTRUCT A SEPTIC TANK OF HIS OWN, THE SAME TO BE OCNSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAN AND CONDITION PRESCRIBING BY THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICER, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT

      Section 1. That all tienda or store owners in the Pagadian Public Market facing the Mabini Street and National Highway shall be required to construct and provide a septic tank of his own, the same to be constructed in accordance with the plan and condition prescribed by the Municipal Health Officer of this Municipality;











	Section 2. That any tienda or store owner in the Pagadian Public Market facing the Mabini Street and the National Highway found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos, but nor more than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) or by imprisonment of not less than Fifteen (15) days but not more than One (1) month, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court;


	Section 3. That any ordinance whose provisions in part or in full contrary to and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed;


	Section 4. That this ordinance to be known as Ordinance No. 10, shall take effect upon its approval.
