ORDINANCE NO. 6
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON, FIRM, CORPORATION OPERATORS AND ANY DRIVER OF ANY MOTOR VEHICLE TO MAKE ADVERTISEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, BLOWING OF HORNS OR ANY NOISE WITHIN SCHOOL ZONE, CHURCH AND HOSPITAL ZONE AND IMPOSING PENALTY THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. No person or persons, firm or corporation, operators and drivers of any motor vehicle be allowed to make advertisement announcement, blowing of horns and any noise within school zone and hospital zone in this municipality and province.
Section 2. Any person or persons, firm, corporation, operator and driver found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days, nor more than Thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance or ordinances whose provisions are in conflict with the provision of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
