ORDINANCE NO. 189
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIO ONE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED OENE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX, CURRENT SERIES, AS AMENDED BY SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. Section one of ordinance Numbered One Hundred Seventy Six, current series, as amended by Section One of Ordinance Numbered One Hundred Eighty Nine, which reads:
That any person or persons who will construct market tiendas along Pagadian Wharf Road from the National Road junction thru causeway to the proposed Seaside Boulevard must include the 3-meter concrete pedestrian sidewalk, shall be read as follows:
Section 1. That any person or persons who will construct market tiendas and houses along the Pagadian Wharf Road from the National Road junction thru causeway to the proposed Seaside Boulevard must include the 3-meter concrete pedestrian sidewalk.
Section 2. That any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos, or both by imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days; or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance or ordinances, whose provision or provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed or modified.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
